It is telling to look into the anxious faces waiting to be strapped into a sit-ski and hoisted onto a chairlift seat for the very first time. Intimidating, yes, for sure. Exhilarating, absolutely! I know, I did it too!
Thanks to all who came to the hills of Gatineau to enjoy a beautiful winter day. With the help of CADS (Canadian Adaptive Snowsports) many people returned to a sport they thought they would never do again, and others discovered sit-skiing and the slopes for the very first time. High fives for the enduring human spirit!
