Krista Potter

Associate

Krista was called to the Ontario Bar in 2022. Originally from Sudbury, Ontario, she is fully bilingual and advocates for her clients in both French and English. Krista attended Laurentian University where she obtained her bachelor’s degree in Droit et Justice and subsequently obtained her J.D. from Université de Moncton in 2021. Krista joined the firm in 2023 and focuses her practice on personal injury claims, accident benefits, long-term disability claims, and Canadian Pension Plan disability appeals.

Passionate about community involvement, Krista sits on the Board of Directors for Pathways to Independence, a community based, not-for-profit agency providing assisted community living services and supports to people with an acquired brain injury (ABI) or a developmental disability. Krista is also a volunteer lawyer with Pro Bono Law Ontario.

Krista is known her ability to build a strong rapport with clients and work collaboratively with her team to move files efficiently through each stage of litigation.

Outside of her practice, Krista enjoys attending sporting events, music festivals, traveling and spending time with family and friends.
